The renowned tourist destination of Uzungöl in Türkiye’s Trabzon, nestled within the Eastern Black Sea Region, has transformed into a winter wonderland due to a week-long spell of cold weather. Situated 99 km from Trabzon and 19 km from Çaykara district center, Uzungöl, at an elevation of 1,090 m above sea level, is now adorned in a snowy mantle. The sub-zero temperatures have frozen the landscape, creating picturesque scenes that have been captured by cameras, showcasing the area’s enchanting transformation into a snowy spectacle.
