Russia took the lead in visitor numbers with 6.3 million, followed by Germany with 6.2 million and the United Kingdom with 3.8 million. Minister Ersoy noted the return to pre-pandemic average length of stay at 9.8 nights in 2023, attributing the decrease to global economic factors while emphasizing the sustained allure of travel among tourists.
