An intercity passenger bus heading towards Edirne in the Çeköy district of Türkiye’s Istanbul province went out of control and entered the barriers. Following the crash, the bus collided with a truck advancing on the road. Firefighters arriving at the scene removed the casualties and handed them over to medical teams. Nineteen people were reported to be injured.
