The Senegalese public has been heading to the polls to elect the new president of the Senegalese Republic since this morning. A total of 7,371,854 registered voters in the country and abroad were invited to cast their votes in the ballot boxes.
Opposition Bassirou Diomaye Faye cast his vote in his hometown, Ndiaganiao in Thies Region.
