A fighter aircraft crashed in El Salvador during flight mission, on Thursday,. El Salvador’s Armed Forces announced that El Salvador’s Defense Minister Rene Francis Merino Monroy’s son Lieutenant Gerardo Antonio Merino Marroquin died after his fighter aircraft crashed while conducting flight mission at costal area of El Salvador. In the statement, it was informed that the aircraft crashed into the sea on the coast of La Puntilla in the La Paz region. Meanwhile, El Salvador’s President Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez, express his condolence to Monroy in a statement on his social media account.
