A 10-meter billboard fell on people waiting at the bus stop under it during heavy rain and storm last night in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, killing a 22-year-old woman waiting underneath.
“The billboard collapsed due to the storm. Two of the three people waiting at the stop under it rushed to our shop. The other one was injured; glass entered her head. They told us that a girl was stuck under the billboard. When we went, her heart was beating, and she said ‘ok’ to me. She later died,” said a shopkeeper.
