Demand for holiday destinations peaked due to the 9-day Eid al-Adha holiday in Türkiye. The occupancy rate for hotel reservations in Kuşadası, the touristic district of Aydın, reached 90 percent, with only a few days left before the holiday.
“There is an increase in reservations, especially from Central Europe and England. In addition, demands have increased as our expatriate guests have started to plan their holidays. As tourism professionals, we are very hopeful about the summer season,” said TÜROFED Vice President Özden.
