12 Dead, 31 Missing after Bridge Collapse in China

Floods triggered by heavy rain caused a highway bridge in Shangluo city in China Shaanxi province to collapse at around 20.40 local time yesterday. At least 17 vehicles fell into the Jinqian River under the bridge. Rescue teams reported that 12 people lost their lives and 31 people were still missing.
