Amid a week-long water shortage and intense heat in Kosovo’s Prizren region, Turkish soldiers stationed in the area have stepped in to assist the struggling locals. Using hoses connected to their barracks’ security gate, the soldiers are distributing water to residents. Kosovars bring containers and canisters to collect water and transport it back to their homes. One local expressed gratitude to the Turkish soldiers for their support during this difficult time.
