Dancers from 10 different countries competed fiercely in the wooden car races as part of the 13th version of the “Formulaz” festival held in the Konaktepe neighborhood of Işıklı Village in the Ardeşen district of Rize this year.
“It was very fun. I participated from Ankara on behalf of Türkiye. I was in first place at the beginning but they hit me twice and my car overturned. I used to ride in a car like this. But this was the first time I rode in such a professional one,” said Ceren Köseoğlu.
“It was a very exciting race. I had participated last year as well. I didn’t know what to do that year and got stuck somewhere. I tried to make it to the end this year and I succeeded. The race was exciting and beautiful,” said Aylin Mortazavi, one of the Iranian Turks who participated in the competition.
