Typhoon Ampil has caused significant disruptions across Japan, particularly in the Kanto region. Strong winds uprooted trees, knocked down power lines, and caused property damage across Kanto. TEPCO reported power outages affecting at least 1,550 households. Heavy rains also led to localized flooding in several areas.
