As part of the August 30 Victory Day celebrations, a special “Victory Flight” was organized for 35 children and young people living in nursing homes. The children marked the 102nd anniversary of Türkiye’s historic victory by flying the Turkish flag during a hot air balloon rides over the stunning Ihlara Valley in Cappadocia. The flight offered breathtaking views of the region’s natural and historical landmarks, including Selime Cathedral, Hasan Mountain, and the famous Fairy Chimneys, making it a memorable celebration for the children.
