Türkiye’s Coast Guard Command reported that a Turkish fishing boat, “Barbaros-4,” was harassed by the Greek Coast Guard off the coast of Bodrum, Muğla. The incident occurred at 16:35 near Akyarlar, where Greek forces fired shots into the air. In response, Türkiye dispatched a Coast Guard ship and boat to the area.
According to the Coast Guard Command, the Greek vessel, positioned near the median line, was forced out of the area through preventive maneuvers by Turkish authorities. No damage was found on the Turkish fishing boat, which was safely escorted to the Turgutreis Fishing Shelter.
