Death toll rose to 208 and 52 others are missing after Typhoon Rai hit Philippines. Around 20,000 rescue teams continue search and rescue efforts for the 52 missing after the disaster, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) stated that the damaged power line repair efforts ongoing to refurbish power in the entire province of Bohol and some parts of Cebu, Leyte and Samar are continuing.
