Category 4 level Hurricane Helene triggered severe rainfalls and floods in the Florida and Georga states, causing property damage and power outages in various places. Two people died in Wheeler County, Georgia after their mobile home overturned and 1 more died after a road sign fell on their vehicle on a highway in Florida.
