Russian President Vladimir Putin, who answered questions about the Ukraine-Russia war at the press conference held after the BRICS Summit, replied to the questions about the satellite images that emerged showing North Korean soldiers in Russia as follows: “If there is a photo, it is serious; if there is an image, it reflects something.”
The Russian leader also stated that Türkiye reached out to them with new offers for negotiations to take place between Ukraine and Russia, which Russia accepted but Ukraine rejected.
