Two flares fired at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s house in the northern town of Caesarea fell into its garden. Police stated that Netanyahu and his family were not at home at the time of the attack and that no damage was reported.
“It is not acceptable that the Israeli Prime Minister, who is being threatened by Iran and its proxies who are trying to assassinate him, be subjected to the same threats in his own country,” Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said, calling on security and judicial institutions to take the necessary steps.
A drone was launched into the bedroom of Netanyahu’s Caesarea home in October, but the room’s reinforced glass prevented the damage.
