Syrian Family Returns Home After Regime’s Overthrow

The Elvosh family, who fled to Türkiye during Syria’s civil war in 2016, has returned to their home in Aleppo following the fall of the Assad regime. Suphi Elvosh, speaking after eight years away, stated, “The war is over here. It was very difficult to be away from home. We have many needs; it is hard to start over.” Migration back to Aleppo continues as opposition forces reclaim areas from the regime.
