Municipal workers, who couldn’t receive their salaries in Toluca city of Mexico, dumped garbage on streets with trucks and set them on fire to protest the situation. Workers also dumped garbage on to city’s busy streets and avenues especially in front of the City Hall with garbage trucks. In their protest across the city, workers set garbage piles on fire and closed some of the busy streets to traffic in the city. Employed under Toluca Municipality and couldn’t receive their salaries, workers demanded their salaries as well as their legal right holiday and new year bonuses being paid from officials in the protests. Meanwhile, Mexico National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) filed 7 different complaints against Municipal authorities that didn’t paid workers salary and requested detailed report from Mayor due to the problem.
