A Korean cuisine restaurant in Trabzon, opened by young entrepreneurs through a franchise, has garnered overwhelming demand, particularly from university students. The restaurant features popular dishes such as Bibimbap, Mandu, and Japchae, attracting long lines despite cold weather.
Manager Hilal Yiğci shared the journey, stating, “We aimed to introduce something new to Trabzon. The response has exceeded expectations.” She added that the demand has been so high they often run out of products and close early. The restaurant’s chefs receive specialized training, ensuring authenticity in its menu offerings.
