Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who became emotional after seeing a photo of his late wife on the screen while giving a speech at a conference titled “Family, Future and Enduring Bonds” held in Tehran, the capital of Iran, left the podium and burst into tears after.
Pezeshkian’s wife, Fatima Majidi, and son lost their lives in a traffic accident in 1993. He has not remarried since that day.
