The first Super Moon of 2021 which is called the Worm Moon rose over İstanbul and Hatay, Turkey, on March 28, 2021.
The meaning of the worm moon is that closer to Earth and appears bigger and brighter in the sky.
Syrian President Ahmed al-Shara visited the International Monetary Fund (IMF) headquarters in Washington during his talks with US President Donald Trump. He was welcomed by IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva.
Georgieva said on social media, “It was a privilege to host President Al-Shara at the IMF. We discussed the economic transformation Syrians need and deserve, and I reiterated the IMF’s readiness to assist through technical support to key institutions.”
