A landslide struck a construction site in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, southwest China, on Monday, killing ten people and leaving four others missing, local authorities said. A total of eight people have been rescued. Three of them were taken to a local hospital for treatment and are in stable condition, while five others were confirmed dead. More than 1000 emergency, fire, and public-safety personnel have rushed to the scene to search for the missing people.
