Fire Breaks Out at Japan’s Fireworks Festival

A fire broke out on launch platforms at the Minato Mirai Fireworks Festival in Yokohama, Japan, causing uncontrolled explosions and panic among spectators. The fire, which affected two of eight platforms, resulted in five workers jumping into the sea for safety, with one sustaining minor injuries. Fortunately, no fatalities occurred. The fireworks launch system went out of control, and an investigation is underway.
