Kyrgyzstan celebrated its 34th Independence Day on August 31 with nationwide events, highlighted in Jalal-Abad, the 2025 Tourism Capital of the Turkic World. President Sadyr Japarov attended the main ceremony, where he praised regional development and announced new social and production facilities to boost the economy.
Festivities in Bishkek drew crowds to Ala Too Square, where Prime Minister Adilbek Kasimaliyev addressed citizens. Both cities concluded celebrations with concerts featuring local and international artists.
