A suicide bombing outside the Border Guard headquarters in Quetta, Balochistan province, killed 10 people and injured more than 30.
Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar confirmed the casualties, while police said the blast occurred as a vehicle turned near the compound. Security officials alleged the attack was carried out by Indian-backed militants disguised as officers. An investigation is underway.
