Environment and Urbanization Minister Murat Kurum shared images of new Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKI) homes in Muğla’s Seydikemer district, built under the “My First Home” project. He said preparations are complete for 500,000 new units as part of the “Housing of the Century” initiative.
TOKI has completed 4,900 homes in Muğla, with nearly 2,000 under construction. Beneficiaries highlighted affordable payments and earthquake-resistant design. To date, 1.74 million social housing units have been built across Türkiye, with 280,000 more underway.
