Three people were killed and one injured after Ukrainian forces launched a missile attack on the Belgorod region near the Ukrainian border. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said the strike hit the village of Maslova Pristan, damaging a sports center and nearby buildings. The cross-border attack marks another escalation in the nearly four-year conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
