Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said dialogue with Türkiye is advancing at all levels and that “concrete progress” is expected within months. He noted both sides are prepared to reopen borders, resume rail links, and establish diplomatic ties without preconditions.
Mirzoyan added that Türkiye links normalization to a peace deal between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which is at the preliminary signing stage. He also said Azerbaijan wants constitutional changes in Armenia as a precondition for signing the peace agreement—an idea Yerevan rejects.
