A tornado hit France’s Val d’Oise region north of Paris, killing a 23-year-old construction worker and injuring 10 others.
The storm tore off roofs and caused three cranes to collapse in Ermont, with one crashing onto a clinic and another onto a residence. Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez called the storm “sudden and of uncommon intensity.”
