Road Collapse Hits University Area in Serbia

A connecting road and retaining wall next to the Kragujevac University Center of Excellence in central Serbia collapsed after heavy rain and snowfall, making a large sinkhole but causing no injuries. Parts of the road continue to fall as the ground remains unstable. Authorities have halted nearby construction due to missing permits.
