The Arlan tanker, hit by Ukrainian missiles and drones in Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk on November 14, has passed through the Bosphorus. Aerial footage showed heavy shrapnel damage on its deck.
The attack temporarily halted Russia’s 2.2 million barrels-per-day oil exports and severely damaged two loading piers, marking one of Ukraine’s strongest strikes on Russian Black Sea infrastructure.
