Mexico City Council Brawl Breaks Out Over Transparency Reform

A heated debate at the Mexico City Council turned into a physical fight as members from rival parties clashed during discussions on abolishing the city’s transparency oversight body. At least five council members from the right-wing PAN and the ruling left-wing Morena party were involved, pulling each other’s hair before colleagues intervened. PAN members later walked out of the session.
