New Shooting Fuels Minneapolis ICE Protests

Protests in Minneapolis, Minnesota, intensified after a second shooting linked to Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations. Authorities said an ICE agent shot a man in the leg during an arrest attempt, with officials confirming his injuries were not life-threatening. The Department of Homeland Security said the officer fired in self-defense after being attacked by multiple individuals. As tensions rose, police declared the protest illegal and used tear gas, plastic bullets, and stun grenades to disperse crowds. Officials said investigations are ongoing, while demonstrations against ICE actions continue.
