Putin said the integration of areas east of the Euphrates into the Damascus administration is “an important step” that supports Syria’s recovery, adding that Russian companies are ready to take part in reconstruction projects.
Al-Shara welcomed Moscow’s position, saying Russia’s support for Syria’s territorial integrity is “the strongest pillar of this new era,” and stressed that the two countries are working toward long-term stability and economic recovery.
