US Vice President James David Vance oversaw the signing of an $11 million drone agreement and a nuclear cooperation deal during an official visit to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Vance met Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, saying the agreements would boost Armenia’s security and economic ties with the United States.
Vance said the sale of V-BAT surveillance drones would support Armenia’s defense, while the TRIPP initiative would channel private investment into regional infrastructure. Pashinyan said the defense and nuclear agreements would strengthen Armenia’s security and thanked US President Donald Trump for his role in advancing peace efforts with Azerbaijan.
