A lahmacun chef in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, Türkiye, set a Guinness World Record by preparing a 63-meter-long lahmacun. The giant flatbread, made with specially prepared dough and filling, drew large crowds during the record attempt.
After official measurements confirmed the record, the lahmacun was sliced and served to attendees. Chef Ramazan Çimen said the goal was to promote Turkish cuisine internationally and showcase lahmacun’s global appeal.
