A ski lift cabin fell at the Engelberg resort in the Obwalden canton of Switzerland, killing one person. Police said the cabin detached from the cable for unknown reasons at around 11:00 local time.
The victim was identified as a 61-year-old local woman. Authorities have launched an investigation, while witnesses reported strong winds at the time of the accident.
