Heavy rains caused flooding in Uruguayan capital, Montevideo. Tens of thousands of houses were cut off and dozens of vehicles were dragged to flood water.
Montevideo Mayor Carolina Cosse said no casualties or injuries have been reported. Cosse stated that the flood was caused by the drainage system which is not ready to collect the water flowing in a month in an hour.
