Türkiye Launches Massive “Sea Wolf-II” Naval Drills

Türkiye’s Naval Forces Command is set to launch the sweeping Sea Wolf-II/2026 military exercise tomorrow, spanning the Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean, and Eastern Mediterranean waters. The massive joint operation will bring together 18,000 personnel, 125 ships, and 60 aircraft from multiple branches of the Turkish Armed Forces. In a notable first for the drills, participating units will execute the simultaneous live-firing of eight guided missiles and a torpedo to test combat readiness in complex, multi-threat environments. Scheduled to run through June 14, the comprehensive exercises aim to sharpen strategic decision-making and enhance operational coordination across the nation’s military ranks.
