Iran Strikes US Bases in Retaliation

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced it launched 12 ballistic missiles at Jordan’s Al-Azraq Air Base and a US command center, claiming the destruction of numerous aircraft and facilities. This strike is part of a broader wave of retaliatory attacks following recent US military actions against Iranian observation, communication, and air defense infrastructure. Previously, Tehran reported striking 18 US military targets across air bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, along with drone attacks on Patriot air defense radar facilities belonging to the US 5th Fleet. In response to the escalating situation, the US State Department has urged American citizens in Jordan to immediately seek shelter and closely monitor local warnings.
