A long-range Ukrainian drone has struck and damaged a major Russian oil refinery in the Moscow region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the attack on the facility, located 500 kilometers away, calling it a justified step to pressure Russia into ending the war. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported that while the Gazprom Neft plant caught fire and sustained damage, there were no casualties. The facility is the region’s largest energy hub, having processed 11.6 million tons of oil last year to produce vital gasoline and diesel supplies.
