Fidan conveyed Erdoğan’s greetings and emphasized the critical need to exchange views on significant regional and international developments. The high-level talks concluded two days of intensive diplomatic engagements for Fidan in Russia, which also included meetings with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoygu.
