The Turkish Stars aerobatic team delivered a breathtaking 45-minute performance at Florennes Air Base to mark the 80th anniversary of the Belgian Air Force. Enduring unusually high temperatures, thousands of aviation enthusiasts and Turkish expatriates gathered with flags to watch the longest aerial display of the event. To keep the massive crowds safe from the extreme heat, base organizers deployed standby medical teams and water-misting systems along the access roads. Alongside the spectacular aerial shows, Belgium used the historic celebration to highlight its own military modernization, publicly displaying advanced platforms like the F-35 and its planned Cessna SkyCourier cargo aircraft.
