Four Injured in US Seaplane Crash

A seaplane carrying 11 people crashed and caught fire near Sucia Island in Washington state, prompting a rapid and successful evacuation of everyone on board. The Havilland DHC-3 Otter, operated by Kenmore Air, had departed from Seattle before going down near the Canadian border.
