A US military strike on a suspected drug-trafficking vessel in the Eastern Pacific Ocean has left two people dead. The operation, directed by the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), targeted a low-profile boat along known smuggling routes after intelligence indicated it was actively transporting narcotics.
