A wave of Russian missile and drone strikes across Ukraine’s industrial and energy sectors has left four people dead and six injured in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanzha confirmed the casualties in Dnipro, noting that local “business and warehouse buildings suffered heavy damage.” The sweeping assault, which involved supersonic missiles and over 200 drones, also knocked out power for 100,000 residents in the Chernihiv region. Confirming the strikes, Russia’s Defense Ministry stated they successfully targeted Ukraine’s “fuel and energy sector,” including a major oil refinery, while claiming to have destroyed 297 Ukrainian drones overnight.
