4 dead, 22 injured after breaks failed truck crashed into vehicles in Indonesia

On Saturday, a truck crashed into vehicles waiting at the red light in the Balikpapan located in the East Kalimantan region of Indonesia, after its breaks were failed. 4 people lost their lives and 22 were injured in the accident that occurred at 06:15 AM local time at Muara Rapak Junction. 2 pickup trucks, 2 cars, 8 minivans and 14 motorcycles were involved in the accident. The moments of the accident was recorded by the security camera in the scene. According to police, 48-year-old truck driver was taken into custody after the incident, and an investigation was launched regarding the accident.
