A piece of ice fell on a woman and her 1.5-year-old baby while they were strolling on the sidewalk in Veliki Novgorod, Russia. The woman was standing in front of a building as her baby carriage couldn’t move through the snow, where the ice piece on the roof of a four-story building fell down and collapsed the woman. The woman was said to have suffered minor injuries to her back and head, while the baby escaped unharmed.
An investigation into the incident has been launched, according to the district attorney’s office.
