Hundreds of Ukrainians gathered on the bridge for the famous Okean Elzy Group in Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, shaken by war rumors. Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, the group’s lead singer and an ex-member of the Ukrainian Parliament, risked his life to support Ukrainian soldiers. After two songs, the artist began singing his songs with his fans, who showed great love for him on the bridge, and climbed the bridge railing. The singer, who stated that he came to support Ukrainian soldiers, urged the country’s people to “unite” and stated that he was confident that the Ukrainian army would triumph.

The Turkish search and rescue team GEA has rescued two people from the rubble in Myanmar’s capital, Naypyidaw, on the fifth day of the earthquakes. The team pulled a survivor from the collapsed Aye Chan Thar Hotel less than 24 hours after saving a 26-year-old hotel employee.
The 7.7 and 6.4 magnitude earthquakes on March 28 have left at least 2,886 dead, 4,639 injured, and 373 missing, according to local authorities. Search and rescue efforts continue.
